- Go to jemacards.com/activate, or tap the card on your phone.
- Enter the activation code from the insert in your pack, or from your order email.
- Sign in, or create a free account if you don't have one.
- The card is linked to your profile straight away. Anyone who taps or scans it now sees your profile.
Activating a Jema business card on a Free account also unlocks the Standard features (unlimited links, 13 months of analytics, lead capture and QR Code Studio) for good, with no subscription. You can upgrade to Premium any time from Dashboard → Billing.
If something goes wrong
- Code not recognised: check for mistyped letters (O and 0, I and 1). If it still fails, contact us with your order number.
- Already activated: the card is linked to another Jema account. If that's a mistake, contact us.
- This card is deactivated: it was switched off (for example reported lost). Contact us or the card's owner.
Team cards may only let certain people activate them (company email or invited people). Ask your team admin.
