On Premium you can show your profile at your own domain, such as janesmith.com.
- Go to Dashboard → Domain, enter your domain and choose Add domain.
- We show two DNS records to add at your domain provider (Namecheap, GoDaddy, Cloudflare and so on):
- a verification record that proves you own the domain, and
- a routing record that points the domain to your profile.
- Add them at your provider, then come back and choose Check DNS.
Changes usually take 5 to 30 minutes, and occasionally up to 24 hours. We set up the security certificate (HTTPS) for you.
Root domain or www?
Root domains (janesmith.com without www) can't use a CNAME record. We recommend using www with a CNAME, or an A record for the root domain. The Domain page shows the exact values.
To stop using it, choose Remove domain. Your Jema link keeps working either way.
