Terms & Conditions

1.1. This promotion ("Promotion") is organised and operated by Jema Cards ("Jema", "we", "us", "our").

1.2. The Promotion runs from 00:00 GMT on 1st June 2026 until the conclusion of the FIFA World Cup 2026 Final on 19th July 2026 ("Promotion Period").

1.3. By entering the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2.1. The Promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

2.2. Employees and immediate family members of Jema Cards, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers are not eligible to enter.

2.3. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

2.4. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

2.5. Participants must have a valid email address to enter.

3.1. To enter, participants must visit the official Jema Cards World Cup prediction page at jemacards.com/worldcup.

3.2. Participants must select their predicted winner for a specified World Cup 2026 match and optionally predict the exact score.

3.3. Participants must provide their first name, last name, email address, and optional location information.

3.4. Participants may enter multiple different matches but may only submit ONE prediction per match.

3.5. Each participant is limited to a maximum of 5 predictions across all matches and 20 total entries (including bonus entries).

3.6. Bonus entries can be earned through:

• Email verification: +1 entry
• Sharing on WhatsApp: +3 entries (one-time per platform)
• Sharing on X/Twitter: +2 entries (one-time per platform)
• Copying referral link: +2 entries (one-time)
• Referring friends: +3 entries per successful referral
• Exact score prediction: +5 entries (if prediction is correct)

3.7. All entries must be submitted before the scheduled kickoff time of the respective match. Late entries will not be accepted.

4.1. The following prizes are available for EACH match:

• Grand Prize (1 winner): Jema NFC Business Card + 12 months Premium Subscription (Total Value: £149)
• Runner-Up Prizes (5 winners): Premium NFC Card (Value: £49 each)
• Consolation Prizes (50 winners): 30% discount code for any Jema Card

4.2. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

4.3. Jema Cards reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value.

4.4. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with prize acceptance.

5.1. Winners will be selected using a provably fair random draw algorithm after each match concludes.

5.2. The draw seed is published publicly and includes the match result, total entries, and timestamp for transparency.

5.3. Only verified entries (email confirmed) are included in the draw pool.

5.4. Winners are weighted by their total entries (base entries + bonus entries).

5.5. The draw will be conducted within 24 hours of the match result being finalised.

5.6. Winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw.

5.7. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 7 days of notification, Jema Cards reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6.1. Personal data provided during entry will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Promotion and will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6.2. Winners' first names and cities may be published on the promotion website.

6.3. Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

6.4. Email addresses will be stored securely and used only for promotion-related communications unless participants opt-in to receive marketing communications.

7.1. Jema Cards reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or violates these terms.

7.2. Incomplete, illegible, or corrupted entries are not valid.

7.3. Only one account per email address is permitted.

7.4. Jema Cards is not responsible for technical failures, network issues, or other circumstances that may prevent entry submission.

7.5. Jema Cards reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time for any reason.

7.6. These terms are governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

8.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jema Cards excludes liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use of any prize.

8.2. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
