Don't have a domain yet? On Premium you can buy one from your dashboard, and we do all the setup.
- Go to Dashboard → Domain and choose Get a new domain.
- Search for a name. We show which of .co.uk, .uk and .com are free, with the yearly price, and suggest a few others if yours is taken.
- Choose one, enter the owner's details (domain registries need a real name, address and phone number) and pay.
We register it in your name, set up the DNS and connect it to your profile. It's usually live within a few minutes; we email you when it is. There's nothing to set up at a domain provider.
Renewal
Your domain renews automatically each year. You can turn renewal off any time from the Domain page; the domain stays yours until its expiry date. We email you a month and a week before it expires.
Refunds
A domain is registered the moment you buy it, so it can't be refunded. If we can't get the name (someone registers it first), we refund you in full automatically.
If you leave Premium
The domain is still yours until it expires, and it forwards to your Jema link (jemacards.com/yourname). It won't renew unless you rejoin Premium and turn renewal back on.
Moving it elsewhere
The domain belongs to you. To transfer it to another registrar, email hellojemacards@ipaha.co.uk and we'll send you the transfer code.
