- Dispatch: each product page shows a countdown to the next cut-off (2pm UK time, Monday to Friday). Items marked "Ships today" leave the same working day when you order before the cut-off. Most cards leave within 2–3 working days. Custom designs are dispatched once you approve the design.
- UK delivery usually takes 1–3 working days after dispatch.
- Cost: shown on each product page and at checkout. Some products ship free, and some rates are free above a basket value.
- International: we ship to the countries listed at checkout. Import duties or taxes may be charged by the destination country.
- Tracking: we email when your order is confirmed and again when it's dispatched, with tracking when the courier provides it.
To change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
