- You can return unopened, unused and unactivated cards and accessories within 14 days of delivery, in their original packaging.
- Personalised and custom-designed cards can only be returned if they're faulty or wrong.
- Activated cards can't be returned.

Email hellojemacards@ipaha.co.uk with your order number, the items and why. We reply within 1 business day with a return number (RA) and address. Send it tracked with the RA number on the parcel. You pay return postage unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake.
Damaged or wrong item
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it free or refund you in full.
Refunds go to your original payment method once we've checked the item, and usually show within 5–10 business days. We don't do direct exchanges. See the full returns policy. Your statutory rights aren't affected.
