What teams ask us
Do my team need an app?
No. Any modern iPhone or Android phone opens the profile when it taps the card, and every card also has a QR code for older phones. Your team don't need an app either: they manage their profile in the browser.
What goes on the cards?
One design for the whole team, using your logo and brand colours, plus a unique QR code on every card. Each person's name, title and contact details live on their profile, so they're always up to date and nothing ever needs reprinting.
How does each person set up their card?
They tap their card on their phone (or scan its QR code), create their account and fill in their profile. It takes about two minutes. Every card comes with the Standard plan, so there's no subscription for anyone.
Who manages the team?
You do. Every order comes with a team dashboard: see who has activated their card, how often each card is tapped and every lead your team captures. You can add admins to help, and order more cards in your design whenever you need them.
What if someone leaves the company?
Remove them from your team dashboard. Their card stops working straight away, their profile can go offline, and the leads they captured stay with your company. Get the card back and you can free it up for a new starter, or order extra cards in your design at £15 each.
What does locked mean?
After we encode each chip, we password-protect it. Nobody can rewrite your card to point somewhere else, which matters when a card carries your company's name. You also choose who can activate your cards, for example only people with your company email address.
When do we pay, and do we get a receipt?
You pay only after you approve your free design proof. We send a secure payment link (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay) and you get a receipt by email, ready for your accounts.
How quickly will the cards arrive?
We send your proof within 1 working day. Cards are printed and dispatched from London within 3–5 working days after you approve the proof, with free UK delivery.
