Premium members can sell products from their profile. Customers pay by card through Stripe, so connect Stripe first.
To open your store, go to Dashboard → Pages, open Products and choose Manage products (or go straight to jemacards.com/dashboard/store/products).
1. Store settings
In Store settings, enter your store name, description, currency, return and shipping policies, contact email and phone, and whether prices include tax (UK VAT is 20%).
2. Add products
- Choose Add product.
- Add the name, price (and an optional crossed-out compare price), a short and full description, category and tags.
- Upload photos (JPG, PNG or WebP up to 10 MB). The first photo is the cover.
- For sizes or colours, add option names (such as "Size") under the product name, then add variants with their own price and stock.
- Set stock: track inventory, a low-stock alert, and whether to allow backorders. Turn on Requires shipping for physical items.
- Make it Visible in your store and save.
3. Set up shipping

4. Fulfil orders
In Orders, open an order to see the customer's details and note. When you post it, choose Add tracking info, enter the carrier's tracking number and link, and Save & mark shipped. The customer is emailed.
