- Go to Store → Shipping (jemacards.com/dashboard/store/shipping).
- Choose Add shipping zone, name it (such as "UK Mainland" or "Europe") and tick the countries it covers. A zone with no countries ticked covers every country not in another zone.
- Inside the zone choose Add rate: a name (such as "Standard delivery"), a description shown to customers (such as "3–5 business days") and a price. You can make a rate free, or only offer it within a minimum or maximum order value. That's how you offer free delivery over a certain amount.
In Store settings you can also set a "Free shipping above" banner and your default shipping timeframe. Customers pick their shipping method at checkout.
